In this paper, some IoT device will help user to maintain a proper diet chart during they taking their meal. There is a device, which can measure human heart rate and after measuring this user can send heart rate data to a server, after they can read those data and get more information from server by an application. This application is developed for android devices. This whole thing is based on IoT architecture. Using IoT architecture, we will ensure this service to our end user.
